The Orchid Boutique values your satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 15 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.

Returns received in our office after 15 days of the shipment date will receive a store credit.

Returns, received in our office within 15 days of the shipment date, other than for defect or exchange, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns with a value exceeding $500.00 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Should the purchaser elect to receive a store credit instead of a refund when returning merchandise, the restocking fee will be waived.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

Returned apparel must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect condition; which includes protective shields on swimsuit bottoms, items properly folded with all tags in place.

Apparel which has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, or laundered will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims.

Exchanges for size, color or style within the same group will be made if the original merchandise is returned to our office within 15 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
