Often referred to as monokini swimsuits, monokini one-piece, monokini bathing suits, or trikinis, this sexy cutout style has been the darling of 2008 swimwear designers and shows no signs of disappearing for 2009. We love the monokini because the different designs and variations that can be created from a monokini make each style original, trendy and very very sexy. Monokini swimsuits are most often designer styles, and are available as halter, bandeau, ring top and bottom, v-neck, or triangle.
Designer monokinis are perfect for proportionate body shapes, usually looking best on hour-glass shaped bodies and medium to large torsos.
