Can I buy a separate size for top and bottom?
It depends on whether the designer offers suits as separates or one-size sets. A good way to find out is to look at our Swimsuit Separates page, where you may browse all products sold as separates. If the designer only sells suits as one-size sets, you may not purchase a different size for top and bottom.
Are your swimsuits water-safe?
Absolutely. All swimsuits offered on our boutique, regardless of their beading or embellishments, are made for water use. Of course, any lounging, flirting, tanning, or dancing activities are also ok.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 95% of countries in the world via Fedex or USPS. Most countries are included in the Select Country drop down in our shopping cart. However, if you do not see your country at checkout, please email us at customerservice@theorchidboutique.com and we’ll be happy to provide shipping rates for your location.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total. You may view our complete Rates per Region at our Shipping page.
When will my order ship?
If the item(s) purchased is in-stock, your order will ship out asap. If you make the purchase by 3pm EST on a business day, your item will ship out that same day. If the order is made after 3pm or on a weekend, it will ship out the next business day.
If the item purchased is not in-stock the item will ship via the method you select (Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day) as soon as it arrives at our office. A message with the item’s availability will appear twice before placing your order: a) in the product page below the size selected, and b) in the Billing section at checkout, under the Availability column. Your receipt will reflect a copy of the item’s availability. If your receipt reads Item will ship in 5-10 days and you select 2nd Day, your item will ship via 2nd Day as soon as it arrives at our office.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE QUESTIONS
What is your Return policy?
Basically, you have 15 days (from shipment date) to return an item for a refund, and 30 days (from shipment date) to return the item for an exchange. There are several other important details concerning returns, such as the fact that it must be received in perfect or unused condition in order to be approved. What is the status of my return?
You may check the status of your return by logging in to your account. Once a return has been received, the Returns Dept will contact you via email to let you know it was received. Please note it may take up to thirty days to process a refund. Updates will be posted on your account.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
If the exchange item is in-stock, your request is usually processed in 2-3 days after it is received. If the exchange item is not in-stock, you will be notified via email of how long it will take to ship out.
We usually ship exchange items via Ground. If you would like expedited shipping, please note it on your Return Form.
How do we settle exchange fees?
Any outstanding balance, including a difference in price with the exchange item and shipping fees, will be charged to the card on file.
Can I return a special order item?
A special order item is a product that we don’t carry on our site but that was ordered from the manufacturer especially for a client. Special order items are final sale. Please review our Return policy for further details.
