3. When I click on a swimwear item in the “Shop by Brand”, I am taken to a page that reads “no product available.” Why does this happen?
Due to our high traffic sometimes our server displays an error when searching among brands. For better navigating, look for swimwear brands within the same sub-category. For example, only search for Phax bikinis in the “bikinis” section. If you are in the one-piece subcategory and click on Phax bikinis, you will receive an error that reads “no product available.”
4. As far as bikinis go, are you able to buy only the top or the bottom of a particular style?
Unfortunately, no. Each bikini piece is made to match its counterpart. For this reason buying a top or bottom by itself is not allowed. Because the complete “outfit” is kept in mind by the swimwear designers when creating their styles, mixing-and-matching is also not available.
5. When I received the item purchased I noticed that it is slightly different than the one shown on the product page. Why is that?
Almost all items offered on this site are 100% handmade or have a portion of their embellishments, made by hand. With our trendy beaded jewelry, many of our items are made using natural materials, so coloring, texture, and size of items vary.
