1. When will my order ship?

Short answer: In-stock orders placed before 3pm EST ship out the same day you place them!

As you browse our website and find a particular item you are interested in, be sure to choose the size you like from the drop down menu to receive availability information. Choosing the size will provide a message below and will read an availability message for your item.

-If an item is in-stock this message will read: ‘Availability: In Stock’. We pride ourselves on making every effort to ensure your in-stock order is shipped out to you the same day if ordered by 3PM EST on business days. If your order is placed after 3PM EST or on a weekend, your item(s) will ship out the next business day.
-If an item is not in-stock this message will read something like: ‘Availability: Item will ship in 7-14 days’. This message means that we are expecting to receive a replenishment shipment of this item and size within the provided time period, at which time the item will ship out to you.
These availability messages will appear multiple times throughout your order process:
A) In the product page below the size selected,
B) in the Billing section at checkout, under the availability column, and
C) on your order confirmation e-mailed to you as soon as your order has been placed.
Please bare in mind, shipping times are in addition to these availability messages. Therefore, if you choose 2nd Day shipping, your order will ship out via 2nd Day shipping as soon as we receive the item in our warehouse within the specified availability time frame.

2. Can I buy a separate size for top and bottom?
It depends on whether the designer offers suits as separates or one-size sets. A good way to find out is to look at our Swimsuit Separates page, where you may browse all products sold as separates. If the designer only sells suits as one-size sets, you may not purchase a different size for top and bottom.

-For these designers, a good way to find out if the style you’re interested in is available as separates is to check the individual product page. If there are two drop down boxes to select sizes, one labeled ‘Top Options’ and one labeled ‘Bottom Options’, then this particular style is available to purchase as separates. If there is only one drop down box to select a size, the particular style is available only as a one-size set.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 95% of countries in the world via Fedex or USPS. Most countries are included in the Select Country drop down in our shopping cart. However, if you do not see your country at checkout, please email us at customerservice@theorchidboutique.com and we’ll be happy to provide shipping rates for your location. To estimate shipping rates to your particular location, you may enter your country, state/province if applicable, and zip code if applicable, and click ‘Get Quote’ at your shopping cart summary prior to choosing ‘Proceed to Checkout.’

4. Are your swimsuits water safe?

Absolutely. All swimsuits offered on our boutique, regardless of their beading or embellishments, are made for water use. Of course, any lounging, flirting, tanning, or dancing activities are also ok.
5. What are your shipping rates? 
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total. You may view our complete Rates per Region at our Shipping Page.
