Kourtney Kardashian Baring Her Post-Baby Goods
When the Kardashian’s ‘took’ Miami, I hoped they would stop by our South Beach store, somewhere they definitely belong. My hopes haven’t become a reality just yet, but I’m still happy to see them flaunting their bodies in great bikinis regardless. Kourtney Kardashian in particular is a great bikini bod to spot as a new mom of two. I love a lady with real woman curves! She recently bared her woman goods in a ViX triangle bikini during her Mexico vacation with her tiny fam. Even though she recently confessed to US Weekly that baby weight from Penelope was harder to lose, I think she looks freaking fantastic. The ViX bikini she chose was a perfect silhouette for her body. Her string bottom accentuates her curves in a flattering way, and the triangle top fits her flawlessly. I just recently discovered the beautiful Irina Shayk because she has glorified our 2013 Agua Bendita pages with her amaze-balls body. The girl is hot. There is really no other way to describe her. In one of my routine searches for celebrities in bikini (I’m a bikini lover, what can I say), I spotted her wearing a two piece swimsuit designed by Beach Bunny Swimwear. She is wearing last season’s shade of bright orange in the Feels So Right bikini. It’s the perfect color for her day out on the yacht. ViX – The Golden Child
Before I entered the swimwear industry ViX was one of the only swimwear brands I knew about. My sister and I considered it our staple luxury brand that always kept us in style. The gold hardware detail was just one of the reasons we were so drawn to it, along with their fab prints and sexy, Brazilian cut bikinis. I recently learned that ViX Swimwear’s gold hardware was in fact real gold. Just blew your mind, right?! Apparently they hand-dip all of their hardware in 24 karats of gold… Twice. ;) To me, that little touch really confirms that swimwear is more than something you wear to the pool or the beach. Bethenny Frankel, star of Bravo’s “Bethenny Ever After,” was spotted in Miami the weekend after Thanksgiving. Very exciting, as I am a huge fan and have been watching her since her “Real Housewives of New York City” days (and am still not over her and Jill). She was seen lounging and playing in her hotel’s pool with her ADORABLE two year old daughter, Bryn. And they were both in bikinis! Question: how do you look that great in a bikini the weekend of Thanksgiving? But as we all know, Bethenny Frankel is capable of the seemingly impossible. Men Are From Mars, Women Are From…Fashion Galaxy
Women love to shop, but when choosing swimwear, who are we shopping for? A survey in Marie Claire magazine that took into account the opinions of 100 randomly selected men show that the fashion swimwear we love may be different than what men prefer on women. Basically, the survey reported that the majority of men like classic swimsuits on women, including moderate coverage bikinis and one piece bathing suits. Maybe they have a point. These suits are flattering on any body type and come in amazing designs. Perhaps suits like Goddess Indigo One Piece by Seafolly or Neo Bandeau Bikini by L*Space would be the surprise winner of your boyfriend’s beach fantasies.
