Agua Bendita designers Catalina Alvarez and Mariana Hinestroza celebrating post-show with their models.
Fashion shows are always exciting, especially when you’re in the front row- and it’s no different in the swimwear world. Designers over at Agua Bendita put on a smashing showcase during Colombia Moda for their 2011 collection. With every style from bandeau tops to monokinis, Agua Bendita models graced the runway with confidence in their intricately detailed couture suits.
With high-class themes such as Happy Hour, On The Rocks, and Black Tie, this showcase was nothing short of a party – just look at designers Catalina Alvarez and Mariana Hinestroza post-show!
So now let’s get to the good stuff – the fashion! Two of our favorite looks from the runway are the Bendito Palace and Bendito Carruaje. The Bendito Palace is a party on its own. With the halter top featuring a half pink starry sky and half mystical garden print, it’s a two piece swimsuit to wear when you’re out to have some fun. The bottom features a matching garden print on the front, with a pink star print at the back. As if this bikini couldn’t get better, it does. The gold hardware detail at your hip gives this suit a little extra shine, while the ruffled hemline adds a feminine touch.
The Bendito Carruaje is a flirty skirted swimsuit with a parrot jungle theme. The triangle top features playful ruffles, but the skirted bottom has our vote for favorite feature. We love how Agua Bendita Swimwear incorporates delicate beading and detailing, a real luxury – and this suit is no different.
Did you see the Agua Bendita show? What’s your favorite style from their new collection?
