Now Pily Queipo, the designer behind the renowned brand, has decided to one-up her game with the new OndadeMar Vintage collection. Just released this fall, OndadeMar Vintage incorporates fabrics from previous styles and uses the playful mix-n-match trend to create swimwear with a very youthful, trendy look. The best-selling storylines of former collections are now converted into sexy skirted bottoms, hipster bikinis, and bandeau swimsuits. At a price lower than the usual OndadeMar suits, who can resist?

As always OndadeMar has mastered coordinating what I would consider to be clashing fabrics. It truly takes a fashion trained eye to put these together – and I would gladly own one of each
great way to put it, fashion trained eye… that’s really what it is and they really get it just right!

and if you take a closer look, the short does match the top in one type of fabric, the polka dot one… they really are masters of tehir craft!

I am in love with this new collection, especially their Sabrina Stripes bikini, its adorable. I am so happy to see more designers moving in this direction. Details and layering. All I can say is “gimme more!”

I love the use of colors in these fabrics so vibrant and look amazing with a beautiful golden tan
nothing like a good tan to make a swimsuit pop!
yes the tan really help but the colour of the suit usually set off the tan even more

With this economy taking an old bathing suit and spicing it up by mixing it with some old pieces and new ones that you can get at THE ORCHID BOUTIQUE, you can definately get a bargain…Make it look like its a different piece all together.
i agree! i can’t afford to splurge on all these bathing suits, but i’m glad i can buy just one or two and have the option to make them into different combinations

I’ve tried boardshorts like these and I’ve gotta say, they were’nt very flattering. I asked several guys and they too said the shorter the better…or no shorts at all, lol.
