Yes, the girl formerly known as ‘Spencer Pratt’s sister’, or ‘She-Pratt’ as some of her not-so-kind The Hills fans call her, is now making a name for herself in the January 2010 issue of Maxim magazine. Not that we know why she was featured. But we know what she was featured doing: Smoking. And, not wearing a bra (or swimsuit top). Not a fan of either.
